Our client, a local media agency is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join their team in Petaling Jaya.
- The candidate shall drive the entire sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation and closure
- Generate leads for the company’s courses through digital sales and other various sales efforts
- Follow up with sales opportunities closely and close the deals effectively
- Research and recommend new market opportunities
- Identify and craft business solutions and workflow
- Network, build, maintain relationship with clients and prospects
- Be a good role model of the company and its brand with integrity and professionalism
- All other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the company
- Degree / Diploma in business, marketing or any relevant field
- Confident & fearless mentality
- Experience in cold-calling, and B2B sales experience.
- Have the business sense in you (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Monday to Friday ; 5:30pm
- Salary: RM3000-RM4,500 per month
- Earn Commission: Up to RM8,000
