Gain chargeback & dispute handling skills, hands on practices and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to expand understanding of Visa rules, chargeback reason codes and case, plus how to use Visa Resolve Online (VROL) and Master Claim Manager Online (MCM) to manage the dispute process. The GT will be able to evaluate dispute case within timeline, make final rulings in accordance with card scheme rules and support chargeback end-to-end process.
Fresh graduates / individual with max 2 years working experience, and with min criteria CGPA of 3.2.
Bachelor Degree in Banking/Finance/Mathematics or equivalent from local or foreign universities.
Preferred Skills: –
1. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
2. PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
